Well we had an interesting gig this week.
We provided sound and music for a Saki tasting and a fantastic Japanese restaurtant (pretty new) on Restaurant Row.
I had no idea there were so many different kinds of Saki with such distinct flavors!
It was pretty interesting to watch people as the night went on because Saki tends to creep up on you pretty quickly so needless to say by the end of the evening we had some intoxicated folks on the dance floor.
